We at sumarti.org in are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our religious products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
- There is a special case if there are manufacturing defects or unavoidable issues, then only the returns can be initiated and will be confirmed post approval from the team.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Certain items such as personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@sanatan.in or whatsapp us at +91-8800466971 with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund amount will be the cost of the item paid by you during checkout.
- Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed and it will reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [X] days of receiving the product.
- We may request you to provide images or other evidence of the damage/defect.
- Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
